What flavors are available today?

Our menu rotates seasonally, and availability can change from day to day based on what we have fresh. The best way to confirm today's flavors is to message us on Facebook or check our page for the latest updates. We always post when a new flavor arrives or an old favorite sells out.

Do you offer bulk orders for events and celebrations?

Yes! We accommodate bulk orders for birthdays, office events, reunions, and other celebrations. Quart tubs are our most popular choice for events. We recommend placing bulk inquiries at least 3–5 days in advance to ensure your chosen flavors are prepared fresh and ready on time. Use the inquiry form above or message us directly on Facebook.

How far in advance should I place an order?

For single cups and pints, no advance order is needed — just visit us during our operating hours and pick from what's available. For bulk orders, custom tubs, or event catering, please give us at least 3 business days notice. Larger orders for events with 30 or more servings benefit from at least a week's advance notice so we can plan accordingly.

Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?

Currently, we primarily operate on a pickup basis from our Quezon City location. For bulk orders within a reasonable distance, delivery may be arranged — please inquire directly to discuss logistics and confirm availability. Can I request a custom flavor for a special occasion?

We love creative challenges! While custom flavor development is subject to feasibility and minimum order quantities, we're always open to discussing unique ideas. Get in touch via the inquiry form above with your concept — flavor combination, event type, quantity — and we'll let you know what's possible. Lead time for custom flavors is at least 1 week.

Are your ice creams suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

Our base recipes contain dairy and most flavors contain common allergens. We do not currently offer dedicated vegan or lactose-free options, but we're always exploring new directions. If you have a specific dietary concern, please inquire directly so we can advise on which flavors are safest for your needs. We always recommend informing us of serious allergies before ordering.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We prioritize locally sourced Filipino ingredients whenever possible. Our ube halaya is made with real purple yam, our mangoes come from Philippine farms, and our pandan is natural screwpine-derived. For specialty items like premium matcha and dark chocolate, we source from trusted suppliers who prioritize quality. Our commitment is to use real ingredients — never artificial flavoring substitutes.

Do you participate in events and markets?

Yes! Madam D's Creamery regularly participates in weekend markets, pop-up events, and community gatherings across Quezon City and Metro Manila. We also accept invitations to set up at private events and corporate functions.
